SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS

On working days, orders that fit through the letterbox and that are paid and completed before 6 p.m. will be shipped within 48 hours. For each product is indicated whether it is currently in stock. If the actual stock differs from the stock indicated on the website, we will contact you. We will then look for a suitable solution.

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS

All orders are shipped by PostNL or DHL. No parcels are sorted on Saturdays and Sundays. This means that if you place an order that fits through the letterbox on Friday after 6:00 PM, or if you place an order that will be sent as parcel post on Friday after 10:00 PM, it will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

TRACK & TRACE

All our packages are sent with a Track & Trace code. With the Track & Trace code you can see where the package is currently located and what the expected moment is that your package will be offered.
