Order the hijab box as a Mother’s Day gift on Thursday morning. Mothersday on Saturday. During the order process delivery is stated to take 1-2 days, however pick up mostly within 24 hours. So to be safe chose the pick up option. However didn’t receive confirmation pick up was ready. Reached out on Friday through e mail and even instagram. Without any reply up to two weeks after Mother’s Day. The reply stated that pick up was not possible anymore and the hijab box would be send through mail. Which also took a week. I assumed I was scammed. Very bad service and communciation. Would not order again
